Onboarding New Contractors
All contractors who wish to work with Sidelink Transport are required to complete a prequalification to start the onboarding process.
The Prequalification Form outlines the minimum insurances we require from road contractors.
Approved Contractors Only
For contractors who are already onboarded with Sidelink Transport, use the below to advise of additional drivers or prime movers.
This form is for New Drivers of already Approved Contractors who need to be Inducted or for Drivers who need to be Reinducted.
All Prime Movers to be used with Sidelink Transport, must go through this registration process to be approved for work.
Use this form to submit a query to Sidelink Transport about payments that may be missing or incorrect.
This form is for drivers who are currently working with Sidelink Transport but will require either a Sideloader Assessment or complete the HPFV Inductions.
Prestarts and Damage Report
HPFV Operators must use the Prestart Driver App for all Prestarts and Fault & Damage reporting.

Request a Certificate of Currency for your WorkCover insurance from WorkSafe Victoria
A Certificate of Currency is required by Sidelink Transport to show that you have registered for WorkCover.
