New Contractors

All contractors who wish to work with Sidelink Transport are required to complete a prequalification as part of the onboarding process.

The Prequalification Form outlines the minimum insurances we require from road contractors.

Existing Contractors

For contractors who are already onboarded with Sidelink Transport, use the below to advise of additional drivers or prime movers.

All new drivers are required to completed the Online Inductions.

For vehicles older than 12 months, please note that we will require from you either a Roadworthy Certificate (issued no more than 12 months ago) or satisfactory evidence that the vehicle has been appropriately maintained.

This form is for drivers who have previously been inducted but will require either a Sideloader Assessment or complete the HPFV Inductions.

Use this form to submit a query to Sidelink Transport about payments that may be missing or incorrect.

Sidelink Transport requires every prime mover to undergo an annual safety inspection; it may have your mechanic use this form to provide to us.
